Looking for initerary recommendation-driving from Munich

We ordered a BMW to be picked up in Munich and drive around Europe for 2 weeks before shipping it back to the US in mid Sept. We try to avoid big cities with heavy traffic and parking problems being it a brand new car. We would like to drive from Munich and explore great sceneries, small towns, etc....

Just ordered European Delivery of a BMW to be picked up in Munich. Trying to decide a 2 week window that we can drive around Germany, Switzerland, etc...( not sure about initerary yet) after August. Should we wait until after Labor Day for cheaper fares and summer vacation crowd?

Need to rent a car from Phoenix Airport then drop off in Seattle. The drop off fees is a whopping $1300, which seems very excessive. I looked through Kayak and Costco. Is there a cheaper way to get a one-way rental?

I have used Schwab's ATM for my Asian trips and it worked great. I only opened the account for that purpose. I also have a Fidelity's ATM as back-up. It also reimburses ATM fees. And on occasion, one worked while the other did not. If you rely solely on ATMs for cash, I recommend these 2.
