If you put the house in your Son's name the IRS and State tax liens and all the collections for medical Bill's will immediately attach to the real estate. Don't do it.

If you must either create a simple trust or put it in your name.

I can't imagine real estate taxes will go up $7,000 / year.

You will need to call her Broker and get a cancellation of your agreement, otherwise she may be entitled to a commission.

I don't think going FSBO is a good idea, since you signed a 365 day listing agreement in the first place.

May want to look into a proprietary reverse mortgage with higher loan limits. Finance of America Reverse would be one company to check out.

Maybe just by getting rid of their current payment going the reverse mortgage route would be enough relief.

We recently had 3 bobcat kittens walk across our patio and then the mom the next day so wondering what else is out and about especially at night.

Curve adaptive headlights are nice, I have them on my BMW, but you don't need them to be safe IMO.

If your car was totaled and the other had significantly less damage, get that car. Was it because it was bigger? Size matters along with safety features. I live in San Diego and have American National. Their office is in Rancho Santa Fe.

Chances are you won't like AAA rates on your car insurance once you can no longer bundle home insurance with it.

If you have Belk check them out. Was in the same boat as you, went to Belk and got a suit on sale for $200 and got it tailored for another $60 and was all good. Just don't skip the alterations even if you think it fits good.

All that I had to do when mine went out was replace the bulbs with LED bulbs. After checking all wiring and transformer switched bulbs to LED which required less "juice".

I'm thinking the wires or connections corroded over time.

What is concerning to me is after I go on Medicare, my Wife will need several more months of ACA coverage. It appears that household income will still be counted for 1 person which will greatly affect her insurance premium.

I would remove the old metal and wood roofs and replace with composition shingle, then choose whomever you want for PV.

Look at the foundation. If your inspector doesn't specialize in foundation inspections hire another inspector who will just inspect the foundation.

The fact that it has been resold recently may be s good sign however don't take anyone's (seller, agent) word.

Knowing how car dealers operate the above price quoted is likely not the out the door price. When you add in sales tax and dealer fees the deal is probably much worse.

I wouldn't even consider trading trucks.

If you hook your trailer up to the 2018 with the 5.3, chances are you may get worse gas mileage than you do now.
