Zillow gives the prices as follows on the side of the street that a rental I have is . $812-$797-$349-$280-$801-$795. The $797,$349 and $795 are houses on 1/2 the land as the $ 280 house and in pretty bad shape as is the $801 house. All homes in the area are above $625k. My rental is the $280k :oops...

I use the 9 year old Jeep with heated seats in the winter ,the rust bucket 30 year old Nissan pickup has no heat so I use that one when temps. are over 45f. Its a temp. thing for me

Pack light ,if the truck gives up ..no Bigly . Someone will take it ,then get a bus. I had a 20+ year old 4x4 Jeep wagoner I planned to trip with until a deer took it out :oops:

Depending on the amount of weeds you can spot spray weed b gone .Its available premixed in a spray container or concentrate which you can mix in a 1-2 1/2 gal. home sprayer. The recommended time ( 24 hours )before you get on the lawn is just that ..recommended .Spot spraying is much more safe than c...

I use a old claw foot tub outside along side my outdoor shower quite a bit . The hotel stay sounds great ! I have always planned to do a trip like that .

+1 on Discount Hawaii Car rental or rental through costco. I rented a lot of rent a wrecks in Maui ,but they did not care about windsurfing gear PILED on the roof and do not call attract break ins .

Good to post that it is supported. I do some myself and take a mountainsmith waist bag with frozen water bottles and lite snacks . Eat and drink ,switch out bottles on the move,but not with the elevation gain you will have . Do you use any mix? with your h2o ? I have tried some for salts + and favor...

A raccoon will rip through multiple layers of asphalt shingles,underlying felt and 3/4"-1" plywood with its front claws and teeth to get in a attic ,separate a mother from her little ones in a cage ...you have one crazed animal ! What size/Caliper ? A tree taken down now ,leafless would weigh hundreds less than in leaf. A large tree ? One you can not wrap both arms around would weigh tons .

I have not read all posts here but do not understand the 3% cash back on the CSR? I have the CSR ,received it in Nov.2016 . If inclined in HCM city find and take a food tour with english guide, getting around to find places with traffic ,cabs ? would be daunting . Tour would pick you up with motorbike and take you around to sample .Motor bike traffic is something to see,I would not participate and I've ridden motorcycles...

Read a book on Captain Cooks voyages , I read Blue Latitudes then visit and snorkel at his monument. Amazing story . You can night dive with rays if conditions permit with a dive group. I rented a bike and road Tri .course and around the North end . Hilo has a great farmers market .

Check the Alta Peruvian lodge, I have not been there for years but they offered all you want at one time, Snowbird lodge is another with a pool and spa on the top of the hotel.

+1 With Straws46 ,I paid about 40$ extra on a Yangon to Ho Chi Min city flight and got lounge access ,prefered seating, a meal,and 1st to exit plane with one other to a private bus! which took us to passport control b4 all others. :shock:

I have to clean gutters throughout the year at multiple homes ....Never have found gutter guards to work in all applications and some times require me to remove to clean ..which is more $$ .Ice dam issues also .

Blue here ,and now the boss. Small landscape maintenance biz. but do rather well! Have never asked anyone to do anything I would not do and many times joined in .Saved ,invested in RE and renovated . DINK though so it was easier to work the long hours years ago.

Tulum is well traveled and serviced with transportation. You might try a day trip to a cenote for a swim or dive. A lot of Yoga available also. What you can get out of single travel can change your life and others.

Get Skype ,with wifi you can call landlines and cell phones. I was just in remote Myanmar with poor wifi and could not get or receive email but could get great Skype calls ! Those I spoke with did not know I was even out of NY until I told them.
