And, to answer the original question, I would not buy a 4K TV yet simply because there's almost zero content available. I'm an early adopter, I always have been, but this technology is just not worth paying a premium for.

I believe if you sell it to a salvage yard, it MUST be registered by them at the time of the transaction as a salvage title. Other than that, unlikely if you were to fix it up yourself.

We're with T-Mobile and our family of four uses 10 GB broken up by 5GB, 3GB, 1GB, 1GB. The two phones that use 1GB are one user who never uses their phone for anything more than phone calls and the youngest family member who only uses their phone while on WiFi at home.

If they're giving a $25/month credit after the two year contract is up, you can bet the cost of the phone is more like $600-700 and not $199. Phones are expensive, that's why people like subsidized phones. It made them think that phones were $199, not $800.
