I am at a rental that white washed some dark knotty pine. It looks great! They left some areas original, and white washed others. It really brightens the room!

We have a quarterly collector show in my town. It is mostly coins. They bring in a professional “grader”. He will look at your coins for free to give you an idea if they are valuable. He does not grade your coins.

Perhaps there is something similar near you.

Yes, my friends spouse retired. My friend was talked into not making a spousal annuity claim at the time the retirement paperwork was submitted. They remained married for sometime, but are now divorcing.

If a spouse signed off on federal retirement benefits (to not take any) prior to divorce, can a court order change that post divorce?

I just received a letter in the mail from a socially prominent neighbor asking me to join. It looked like it was sponsored by Nextdoor as it was on their letterhead. Today, the neighbor sent out a blast saying Nextdoor sent the letter without his approval ! He said he was going to take legal action....

If a spouse fills out a state financial disclosure form, is disclosure of their assets held in trust required?

The trust was structured for the spouses death.

I saw a YouTube video that showed one of the biggest energy sucks in a home is the cable box. No kidding it equaled a refrigerator. DH said when we went from 3 boxes to 1 box there was a huge electric savings

In my town we have a coin show a few times a year. They always bring in a guy who can rate coins for free. It is only a verbal opinion, but it lets me know if I need to put more work into selling the coin. I would contact coin show promoters in your area and see if they offer the same service,

Drummond island in Lake Superior. It won’t be crowded anywhere on Lake Superior. You will have sunshine, but it is so far north the suns affects are minimal.

All of our financial institutions have done withholding for us on our savings except Navy Federal?
