I like the look of 2 best for it’s clean lines BUT...agree that Velcro will close on its own and can be a PITA. Also, my barber coat has slip in pockets high up (like coat 2)I don’t like that. I like lower slip in pockets.

Both are beautiful!

Diving, specifically cave diving.

People say cave diving is dangerous but an analysis shows it is dangerous for UNtrained divers. There is a lot of redundancy in the equipment used in cave diving.

Talk about unplugging. The training is very intense.

Another Yoga in Nidra. Look for a utube video, put on some headphones and relax.

Personally, I don’t feel it is in the best interest of the child to put a lot of high level challenges above the love and closeness of day to day family affairs.

Life should include fun and joy. The child is not even born and you appear to be working too hard.

My suggestion doesn’t have to do with what questions to ask. My suggestion is to only list it for 90 Days. That way if you feel they are not working hard enough you can find a new realtor.

You will of course, ask what their selling fee is!

Decedent’s loan and estate

Hello friends,

Any idea how to handle this?

The decedent gave his grand daughter a loan that should be paid off in the next 2 years. If the estate settles before the loan is paid back, what happens to the loan?

I guess the loan could be settled or sold, but what else?

Thank you!
