Keep in mind, over the life of your loan it will likely be sold, and resold to other lenders over the years. You have no say in this, but your original terms will follow. As I have said in other “relocation “ threads, don’t move to a new place and vote for government subsidies for people, places, and things and expect it to be different from where you left. It is a low tax area for a reason, and the place you leave is a high tax place for a reason!

iTunes playlist duplicates

WHY??? Seems like every year or so I end up with a bunch of duplicates on my playlists. I use iTunes on my iMac, iPad, & iPhone. On the phone & iPad I use the music app that comes with them. I have all my devices turned on to auto sync. I don’t use the cloud. WHY?, WHY?, WHY?

Good pots and pans ie: Le crueset Dutch oven, iron pan, le cruset pots.

Good knives and a good knife sharpener.

Grammar assistant word processing software

Back in the day the program WordPerfect would check the grammar of my business writing. I miss that function. Although I no longer need a grammar checker for business, I would like one for some blog writing. Any suggestions?
