If you're in state without HSA taxes, HSA is your MOST efficient vehicle. You contribute pre-tax dollars and you withdraw without taxes for qualifying expenses. If put the most inefficient funds there if I were you.

I had a PPO (ineligible for HSA) plan from January to November 2018. Starting Nov 26 2018, I had a qualifying high-deductible plan through end of 2018. However, my employer's payroll requires 2 full payroll cycles to make contribution changes to HSA, so I could not make any HSA contributions in 2018...

Online version requires Premier (or higher) for 1099-B.

Desktop version requires Deluxe (or higher) for 1099-B. Premier version supposedly gives you more support for stock trades, although I have been using Deluxe just fine for several years now.

Either will let you fill 1099-DIV.

Is the issue simomy that the relevant corporate HR staff has not set your status as a former employee? No, that is not the case. My end date is correctly reflecting in Fidelity records. However they cannot issue a rollover distribution check unless the controller group (parent organization) agrees....

Are you sure you don’t want to do the rollover totally at Fidelity? Move 401k to a Fidelity IRA. I think this is a winner of an idea if there are "issues" at Fidelity with 401K provisions. Are you sure you don’t want to do the rollover totally at Fidelity? Move 401k to a Fidelity IRA. Quite certain... makes my backdoor roth conversion more tricky, or I will have to do another rollover to an Individual 401K later. Neither will serve the purpose of consolidating everything at one broke...

I am not sure if you noticed, but there was a major holiday in the past week when everybody was on vacation. I was about to place an order to buy IJS on Vanguard.com. however I was surprised to find that you need money in your settlement account in order to place that order. Unlike Vanguard index mutual funds where you can use an external bank as your source.

I use Zillow estimate ("zestimate") minus 10% to account for fees, market fluctuations, etc. Gives me a decent conservative estimate.

We considered staying at the Legoland property, but its quite expensive; so we are considering other hotels in lower price range like Days Inn, Best Western etc. I want to figure out which neighborhoods we should target if we visit Legoland, Zoo, Seaworld and Mexico border.
