thanks...how do i figure if the home is zoned for SFR? Should it be on proptax statement?

the room has its own private entrance from outside the house. Rent will include utilities, no plan to share laundry..

thanks. yep, we plan to sell the current home. So for higher income groups, what is prudent %age that should go towards home payments? Also should we be putting more than 20% down and investing the rest in non RE allocation? So, here's what I see, you want to bring about 450k to the table, 200k cash...
