Somewhat related... I glanced at R. Edelman's latest book today off the shelf at Barnes and Noble....he claims that nursing homes will become obsolete .....he predicts longer and healthier lifespans but I didn't look any further to see just when he anticipates this to start. BT

I'm probably going to pre pay for the land space and associated cemetery costs, but may simply plan and leave directions for wishes regarding mortuary services. Looked up the film. Yes, "Lion" is also subtitled "a long way home" ....the review I read said the performances given were great but he didn't like the way the film was done. Wonder if the book is much more in depth.

TT, I looked it up under Wikipedia. ...sous-vide is a more lengthy and complicated version, it seems, of poaching ....it is in a vacuum sealed container. Sounds like a lot of work.
