HSA Bank requires it, which I think is a PITA. You can't log into your account unless you change your password. They've done this twice in the last year.

Kevin, yes, this is a taxable account. I'll check out all of your suggestions. Do you think there's any point in waiting until the next Fed meeting? I guess that's always the unknowable, if it will affect CD rates one way or another. And thank you again!
