The tactic Ive used is call the DA and admit you were speeding but not going as fast as radar. Then ask if you can plead guilty to a lessor speed. Ask for another showing and bring a 8 foot level with you.

Check level on all floors. If it's not level bail on this property. Also check walls to see if they r plum.


Finally if everything is level I would still make sure an inspection of foundation as a contingency.

I don't think you were ripped off.
I pay 300 FOR 1 TANK.

The truck tanks and pumps are very expensive. Add wages, workman's comp ,
Insurance and overhead and the owner is making a reasonable profit.

Kind of a crappy business :greedy :shock: :shock:

Your house has been on market since January. If it was priced right it wouldn't matter who was at showings...... I don't think this is the problem.....

I owned both boats and a jet ski. Never regretted it.
I always bot used and had a marine mechanic checkout the boat.
Most jet skis can easily tow a skier or wake boarder.

Rent one before buying to make sure it's what you want.

Make sure you contact your insurance agent to get coverage. Some insurance companies may charge more for certain breeds or may not be willing to cover certain breeds.
