I would hazard a guess and I assume its a question of replacement parts availability. The older (read non electronic gizmo) SUV/trucks can be repaired much simpler than the newer generation and the newest generation might just not be very common in those regions yet

They have an expense rate of 0.16%, which is 0.1 higher then necessary and hence I prefer to hold my own index funds instead...case closed for me, I don't need an actively managed fund with any 'secret sauce'
