Make sure you check the return policy on ebay. Most ebay sellers don't allow returns (unless it's broken) so if you think you might change your mind, go with amazon.

The only fund I have in my Roth IRA at Vanguard is VTIAX. Would it be much trouble to move this in-kind to another firm? What would you recommend as far as an equivalent fund.. VTPSX? I wonder if the 0.05% difference is worth it. Why do you want to move a Vanguard fund in kind to another custodian?
