Consolidate.

Anything less than 5% is noise. Get rid of those and simply buy more of the other funds you own. I'm not a fan of individual stocks and would sell those off.

Typically, when you ask for your payout, it is assumed that you will continue working at your current salary until PIA. So yes, your payout will be less.

This is no problem. I do it all the time. Sometimes more than days. Sometimes I add money or subtract money before investing.

Both of these are snake oil garbage rip off services.

I'd leave the dealer and never return. Find an honest mechanic. Show him these so called services and see if he gets angry or laughs. Either would be reasonable reactions.
