While coolant flush is not requried, just to make sure you have enough Coolant in the car.

My friend bought that and used it for inlaws

They made my friend to pay first when using and submit the claims

Buy the parts by yourself or order online if shop agreed to
If shop not willing you to buy the parts then use the price match feature in credit card
