I actually went through First Internet Bank for both a refinance and a purchase. Everything turned out well, but they were unfamiliar with a local custom regarding title insurance. Once this was straightened out it was smooth sailing. I would have no problem using them or another online bank again.

We bought a Honda and the dealer offered us $500? to finance through them. We financed and paid the car off a few months into the loan.

If possible try some experiments with the orientation of the antennas on your router and client. I found better performance upstairs and in the basement with my main-floor router antennas pointed straight up.

This happened to me with CenturyLink DSL service. I called them and their records showed I was not renting a modem at the time I cancelled the service. So they removed the charge.

I filed a complaint with the FTC because episodes like this are so common it's criminal.

We shipped a car (open truck) from Utah to Maryland during the busy summer season for about $1200. Unless you're really short on time, I would just drive the 800 miles. It was a pain to find a shipper and make all of the arrangements, although it might be easier now that their busy season is over.

Another vote for Macrium Reflect. You can put your new SSD in a USB enclosure and clone your hard drive to it. Then replace the hard drive with your SSD.

For a CFL, each on/off cycle consumes multiple hours of its life regardless of how long it was actually on. Either keep the lights on or switch to LEDs.
