Re: Who is buying 1-3 year old used Toyotas and Hondas?

Didn't read the whole thread so this may have been mentioned, but one of the issues I find with 2-4 year old Honda & Toyotas is that on top of very little price savings if you plan to drive it into the ground is the fact that a lot of those coming off of lease vehicles are near the end of the life o...

Re: New 2019 RAV4 is now out - looks good

I was particularly concerned about the noise concerns on the reviews of this 2019 RAV4, it is really the big thing I paid attention to. Coming from an older Toyota Highlander we found the engine to be quieter than that, but not as quiet as the CR-V. This seems to be an issue only when accelerating a...

Re: New 2019 RAV4 is now out - looks good

Just bought an 2019 LE AWD RAV4 after test driving its competitors. We test drove the CVT (2.4 engine, w/o oil dillution issue) and the Mazda CX-5. DW liked the Toyota the best. I negotiated the price with various dealers and pit them against one another by trying to get them to "do better". Love th...

It's not turn-based, but Europa Universalis IV is a great strategy game. You can change the speed settings, the lowest setting is pretty much turn based. If you want quality sports journalism, I'd highly recommend The Athletic. Amazing coverage, great stories that are more than just re-caps of games. Though it's online/app only, no dead tree version. It's quality is way above SI at this point which seems more dumbed down and click-baity. You can try ...

SELL.

Not even a question here. The likelihood of that selling price invested in an index fund being worth more than those same games in even 5 years is very high. Slim chance the games can beat that and as other have noted the market can fall out of them at anytime.
