I replaced the start capacitor on the air handler. The part was $5 from Home Depot, so I bought a spare. Watched a video on YouTube to replace it.
I never replaced a capacitor on the outdoor unit and one of our units is 25 years old.

Some 403b plans allow penalty-free withdrawals at age 55 if you separate from service. If your plan allows this it is an advantage over the IRA should you need to pull funds before age 59 1/2.

Vinca minor and ivy has worked great for us here in NJ. Along with the perennials that grow in the beds, they are fairly maintenance free. I use cedar mulch in other areas that don't have ground cover. I can usually get 2 years out of the cedar and bugs don't like it.
