What type of loans exist for putting down 5 % and getting a 15% + 80% loan ? <--- poor wording, just clueless on loans

Just a heads up. No windows media center in 10. Windows Media Center turns your pc into a DVR similar to a Tivo. Most people do not use it (thus MS dropping it). Thought I would put this info on here just in case someone hasn't got the memo
