Apple TV vs Competitors

What are the main differences between an Apple TV for around $180 and an Amazon Firestick? I own the latter and am very satisfied with it. Does the content/programming vary significantly between Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Firestick to where a good number of consumers own all three?

Re: House for Sale--How Much to Tell Potential Buyer

If one of these particular houses are for sale, what do you all think of initiating a conversation with people after they exit the open house, praising the neighborhood, but letting them know of the daily leaf blower noise? Why is it any of your business? It's not my direct business, since I am not...

House for Sale--How Much to Tell Potential Buyer

There are some houses in my development that are located adjacent to a business. The business owner employs a landscaper to blow the parking lot daily in the early morning with a loud leaf blower. "Coming Soon" Sign on House for Sale

I've noticed a trend (or perhaps it's been around for many years and only come to my area lately) where real estate agents will post what is essentially a "For Sale" sign, but with a rider that states "Coming Soon." Additionally, there have been some houses for sale with no sign in the front yard, a...

I've lived in several gated communities and found all the unmanned systems are more of a nuisance than they are worth. We now live in a gated community with 24/7 manned gates for visitors.
