Vanguard App....Safe to use?

We access our Vanguard accounts via a dedicated Chromebook with 2FA. Never had any security issues.

Is the Vanguard App safe to use via an iPad to view balances and holdings? Not planning to buy or sell on the app.

I buy only direct CDs inside of my Vanguard Traditional IRA, no brokered CDs. I noticed Vanguards lack of competitive rates starting a little over a year ago....I’ve wondered why the change....

I was in the Capital One 360 paying 1.5% until they dropped the rate to 0.5% last month...Transferred the entire balance to the Capital One Performance Savings still paying 1.5%....

We live in a rural area and replaced our roadside mailbox with a locking one. No inconvenience at all as we don’t have to check for mail every day. We have a 2007 4Runner...excellent vehicle and in great shape...We are waiting for the 2021 model with upgraded safety features including blind spot monitoring, which the 2020 does not have. Cloth seats may be hard to find with the 3rd row seating option...

We use a cleaning service thru a group home of mentally challenged adults. 4 workers plus 1 Supervisor. I pay a monthly fee.

I called the group home supervisor and told her that we won’t be needing them during the quarantine period, but that we would continue to pay the fee.

100 year old Southern Home....Closed cell foam insulation roof and underside of floor from the crawl space... Best bang for our buck. Made a large difference in energy savings and comfort....

I replaced all my vintage audio equipment with Sonos gear. Plays audio from the TV flawlessly, controlled from an app, and plays music throughout our home...It’s also expandable as needed....Really satisfied with results...

We are both 66 and not taking Social Security until age 70. We are spending down our IRAs and making Roth conversions to Just below the IRMAA threshold. This is being done to reduce out IRA balances thus reducing our RMDs. Projections look favorable for us to be in the first IRMAA tier at RMD time.....

Amazon Music has plenty of relaxing albums like wind chimes, native American flute, wind and rain noises. I play them through my Sonos system with a sleep timer. You can also play them through an iPad or iPhone near your bed...

I use an H4 on a small tripod to record our Jazz and Dance bands. Placement is important. I also have a remote control that I use to start and stop the recordings.

Also, post production through GarageBand helps EQ greatly...
