Upper canine...Root canal failed after 15 years...Oral surgeon pulled the tooth, installed bone graft. Healed for several months...installed screw and healed for several more months.

Dentist installed the crown...Success!

Negative for any type of wood burner...too much hassle factor involving wood, smoke, ashes, cleanup... First one we bought was a propane fire pit with a slate top from Amazon. Installed on our back covered porch. Since then, we have installed a larger natural gas fired fire pit outside on our patio....

Deep South here..basements don't work here due to high water tables...But we do have raised houses which in effect has a crawl space below. In my experience, I prefer an on grade slab. NEVER use debit cards for purchases. Only at the issuing banks ATM. As you pointed out, someone could easily drain your account.

I worked for Mega Corp my entire career. Within the last 12 years I was there, they suspended the retirement pension plan and retiree medical benefits. So, don’t count on it....

We live on a 100 acre farm and even rhere, dogs were too much of a commitment....Barn cats are self sufficient...

Not judging, just making an observation of a young family completely overwhelmed by decisions they made...
