I got one for Christmas and have used it twice so far to make chili and this: https://meaningfuleats.com/instant-pot-southwestern-chicken-and-rice/ . If they are good friends, we pay one time and they pay the next (rotating). The one who's turn it is to pay picks the restaurant. Keeps us going out together.

One issue is that the 4 no longer gets updates, so your phone will be more vulnerable to hacks and other security breaches.
This is a pretty compelling reason to upgrade. I think the 5's cannot run iOS 11 either.

I really want one, but the battery life has kept me away. My Fitbit can last 4-5 days on a charge. I like to wear my watch 24/7 and having to charge it daily would be a pain.

I'd buy another in a heartbeat, but Toyota doesn't make a 4Runner with over 7,000 lb tow capacity anymore.

I drive a 2010 4Runner and would also buy it again gladly. I do wish the v8 was still an option however.

In our area (CT), there is a service called Mosquito Squad - it is franchised I think. For a fee, they come regularly and spray your yard during the season. Works very well, and has made our deck usable again.

Zones are more important in raised ranches (I own one). When we re-did our HVAC a few years ago we went from one big zone, to four zones one of which is the first floor on the slab. This made a huge difference in comfort.
