I was given the opportunity to lease to own with a balloon payment of 5 years. Had I not had that opportunity, I would not have the wonderful place that I still live in now. Sometimes it works out for the best.

Great meat and seafood, lots of healthy choices for foods. Wines are much cheaper than our local beverage places. They pay their employees decent wages and my other half loves going there so that's enough reason for me!

A similar low fat style to poaching chicken could be done in a crockpot with water and it turns out wonderful. We add fresh store-bought salsa and lime juice and then when its done, we shred it. Way better than poaching in water, which is tasteless and pretty awful. Here is the recipe: http://www.my...

I am a proponent of owning rental property. When all else fails, real estate is tangible. Personally, I would buy a boat on the upper Chesapeake (fresh water) a couple years old, that hasn't been subjected to the harshness of saltwater, and so you pay less for a nice quality boat that hasn't had a chance to get gunked up. Judge Yachts, Parker, Maritime Skiff, all nice center consoles.

I agree with Chinto, I would not do business with Wells after the recent mess and how they treated their employees to cross-sell while management was pocketing millions. If MORE people did not give their business to companies like this, they would not have a business and there would be no fraud.
