And if we sell the inherited land do we have to put the money into a new business or just use use it however we want?

I just inherited farmland with my siblings and we are in a similar situation. I understand that if we sell there should be no capital gains as the values is stepped up to date of death. My question is if we sell it now, are there any other factors like depreciation that we need to be aware of. Since the farm was a small business, do we have to put the amount we get by selling into another business to avoid taxes?
