Problem with waiting for the beep is sometimes they skip that state and just go off. Have had that happen before. At 3:15 a.m.

Needless to say you don’t fall back asleep after that experience.

Just for perspective, I had a Lennox XC16 (a/c) and ML180Vgas furnace (can’t do 90% due to HVAC closet placement) installed in July for $9,335.

Had UV filter and media filter installed as well.

Had three bids, it was dead middle.

Anyone with CarPlay having issues with Google Maps? It no longer gives on-screen directions or route - it’s just a plain map showing the car moving. Audio nav still comes through so it’s weird. Have to use Apple Maps instead and it’s not as good, obviously.

Curb. It summons taxis and lets you pay by app instead if the driver. If you just pop into a taxi you can also sync it to the app.

This is not true.
It is. Hotel management will refer you to the booking company. I’ve seen it happen at least a dozen times in NYC alone.

Any third party booking will result in inferior rooms because they are being sold off with reduced revenue. Also if the hotel is sold out they won’t “walk” you to another and you’ll be stuck with finding a new place all on your own. If you’re staying at a higher-end hotel a TA is well worth booking ...

I would not prioritize a hotel in a city based on attending one match outside the main tourist areas.

“Low Price” means different things to different people. In NYC if you’re paying ~$100/night fur a hotel you probably will come h9me with a few buggy friends.

They’re excellent. Everything Nest is except the thermostats - they aren’t good and too expensive. Honeywell’s WiFi thermostats are cheaper and far, far superior (and actually work nicely with variable speed fans).
