After few initial hiccups my north pointe is also on track.
I din't shop around except asking current lender who couldn't lower rate. May be should have looked around a bit for a better rate. However overall very happy with 2.5 @ 15 years

I would lean towards option 2 given stability

3 doc pp is just too small. If one of the doc can't or decides not to work; if weekend arrangement between 2 pp group doesn't work in future or hospital decides to go with on house/employed physician model. Too many variables beyond your control.

So if I get a laptop, use it for business purposes only, it should be sufficient to deduct it correct?

I essentially need to use it to review slides/presentation that pharma company made and then in turn present it to my peers.

Everything else is paid for so trying to minimize tax owed.
