Thank you!

So if I get a laptop, use it for business purposes only, it should be sufficient to deduct it correct?

I essentially need to use it to review slides/presentation that pharma company made and then in turn present it to my peers.

Everything else is paid for so trying to minimize tax owed.

Never handle an accident involving vehicles with humans inside them outside of insurance. Those humans could always come back later (before the statute of limitations runs out, which can be years in the future) and blame you for medical injury that occurred during the accident. Not only Geico reports it that other insurance company will have access to in determining rate, a friend of mine showed jump in premium after using road sale services twice.

My understanding is your hsa contribution maximum is prorated based on how many month in a year you had eligible health insurance plan.

I would try to handle on my own until you exactly know what's going on

Fees for lawyer may eat up a big portion if what you are trying to recover.

Plus I suspect that this wiki be simple enough that to can handle by escalating to supervisor.
