I use target date. less errors. For large amount, write a check. For small amount, you can do online transfer. There are no tax consequences.

for accounts not syncing, delete them and add them back. You can also login to the real fidelity 401k site and try changing passwords.

I think personal capital, mint, and all others uses the same sync technology in the back.

I saved a whole box worth and manually delivered it to the person. Some of the mail was junk but some were also important.

I know where he lives so I drove up and explain to him that he should forward his mail. His bank accounts were about to be frozen by IRS and he wasn't getting the mails.

The business VPN does not enhance security of your other home computers, ipads, and iphones. The business VPN does not decrease the chance of someone hacking into your vanguard account.

Using 2 factor auth, password manager and changing password regularly will greatly help in preventing hacking.

Did anyone ever get a phone call from fidelity retirement relationship manager about their 401k? Are they reliable or just trying to sell me stuff? as others mention. wifi extender is not good. you have to switch between the 2 wifi which causes headaches.

I use netgear orbi mesh wifi. Any of the mesh wifi mentioned in this thread is good as well.

If I die, then my spouse gets all the money from my vanguard account. She does not need to use 2 factor authentication. My spouse needs to provide vanguard with my death certificate.

If I go missing, my spouse does not need to touch my vanguard account. Buy and hold forever until I die.
