Im rolling 10k worth of prepaids and closing closts into my refi. When i get the checks for my current escrow account and overpayments on the previous loan ill just plunk them back into the loan. I may end up 1 or 2 k behind where i was but the reduced interest will make that up quick enough.

With a balance that small I dont think you would ever break even. Refi might save you $25 to $50 per month. The prescription patch (transderm scop) works wonders for sea sickness (~30ft boat 6-7ft swells) but does give me pretty bad drymouth. Lifesavers help with the drymouth. This would be for long road trips vs every day usage.

Less "severe" options are candied ginger or dramamine.

The only reason i can think of to keep it open is if they were getting slight downdrafts and smokey smells when it was fully closed. Try closing it all the way and see if you notice any difference.

taking out a HELOC isn't worth it for a $65k house for leverage. Just keep investing and sleep well at night knowing you have good cashflow.

Were they missing from the fronts? Maybe tire scrub is more on the fronts and they got worn off.

I think after you drove it, you cant really make any claim of used tires so i wouldnt worry about it.

List it as a "mechanic special" on Craigslist. My friend did this and got $2000 for a 20 year old accord with over 200k miles and a bad transmission. I couldn't believe someone paid that much.

Our house sold fine in a hot market completely empty. It actually made our house look bigger. The house was deceptively small at only 1500 sq ft but had a good layout which made it seem much bigger. Furniture could have countered that

I wouldnt bring it to a mechanic. Either keep using it or if it doesnt run right, time for another vehicle. The cost of doing anything to the car won't be worth it.
