When I was getting haircuts, it was $15 and I gave a $5 tip. As I was losing my hair, I wanted it kept shorter so I was going in every 2 weeks. It got to the point where I was wanting to get it cut weekly which was just too much.

I tip Doordash (and all other food delivery services) $0.00. Their employer pays them.
Does this mean you don't tip at restaurants either? Wait staff is paid by their employers too.
