Sounds nasty.Is it well water? Long term , the best solution is an under sink reverse osmosis unit that can be had for around $200. Once installed the hassle factor is minimal.

Why not just buy a new battery and figure out how to root, install a new recovery and a new OS? I just put Nougat on an even older Nexus 4 and it works just fine.

We just sold my late mother's house in Daytona FSBO. It was close to the beach so had a fair amount of traffic. The transaction can be handled by you, but finding buyers and showing the property is a hassle, particularly if your property is not unique.

If you only want voice or text you can use Lycamobile pay go for five cents a minute . The phone needs to be unlocked, but Luca uses tmo towers. The minimum charge is $10, but you can keep the us used balance indefinitely as long as you make a call every 90 days I think)

Considering what the op is starting with, any current device will be a revelation. Even a low end Moto e that can be had for less than $30 is an amazing device. Just keep it a year or two and minimize your investment.

Found a new in the box Braun juicer made in Germany juicer to back up the one my wife has been using daily for 15 years. $8 at Goodwill. We are set for life on that. Also Cuisinart food processors, one a Robot Coupe made in France. Avoid Chinese junk if you can.

Used doors in the u pull it type junkyards are around $60. Around here many of these places list their inventory online and may show a picture of the car. You get to practice on their car before you do the work on yours. Doors should be easy to swap. Check youtube for a car like yours.

What I like to do is use ITA software matrix and search by month for a number of cities by airport code. For example if you want to go to Europe you could search for CDG , BRU, AMS and pick tje cheaper ones. This is the search engine behind Kayak and Google Flight but I find it more useful this way....

My experience has been that there are no drop fees within a country in Europe. You could rent in Berlin and drop in Munich. Driving in Germany is such fun. Why ruin it driving an automatic? I like the norwegian idea...we are flying them mco to cph in June and actually looking forward to it.

^^170 degrees is not hot enough for proper extraction. You need something that brews at 200ish. Most of the cheapo ones won't heat hot enough.

Keep in mind that AT&T and Verizon are two different radios (GSM and CDMA). You may get it to work, but it may not work as well on Verizon. We tried a similar thing with daughters IPhone 5s which was Sprint but unlocked it to work on Tmo. Didn't work well. YMMV.

Ring plus is also Sprint and roams on Verizon now. It is pretty reliable, but if I were a doctor I would look elsewhere. For non-addicts, I find it OK and you can't beat free, as long as it lasts.

actually the 9-3s that are affected by sludge are the ones built before 2004. That's about all of them in my (and the OP's) price range. Oh, and another small detail I found out in shopping for SAAB 9-3s and 9-5s...the clutch slave cylinder is inside the bellhousing. And to remove the transmission ...

The problem isn't the waste of the hot air exhaust. A dryer venting outside your living space creates negative air pressure. That air is replaced by cold (or in my case, in Florida, warm) air from the outside coming in through cracks in doors, windows. That air must be heated\cooled and costs money....

Ring plus is a Sprint MVNO. The Leon is a GSM phone and Sprint is CDMA, so it won't work. You need a Sprint prepaid, Boost or Virgin Mobile phone to work on RP. I just activated two VM Tribute2 s on RP free Leonardo plans

I don't think the brand matters as much as the previous owner. Find a car that has been driven by a little old lady. I have such a car- a '95 Plymouth Acclaim with 63,000 miles.
