Really don't think these type of questions should be answered by anonymous board members, vs a licensed electrician or electrical engineer that will take responsibility for sizing the system. To many things can go wrong from rule of thumb advice, including loss of life.

Once you lock that long, some lenders will have fees in the document you sign about closing with someone else. Just read the agreement and understand it fully before locking in.

Be careful with assuming all components are covered for 36 months/36,000 miles. Many manufacturers only cover radios, batteries and certain other components for 24 months. Have to read your booklet that came with the car.

Sorry about your situation. I have not experienced check fraud, but have experienced mail fraud. The postal inspector's office does take mail fraud very seriously. I don't think it took more than 5 days to hear from them, so I would follow up with them.

Maybe because some hotels like Hilton don't charge the resort fee when booking with points or partial cash/partial points, they can get away with it by showing circumstances where it does not apply, proving that there are opt out options.

As for question 2, the limit is per person for the tax year, not the company. If the new plan goes from April 1 to March 31 2017, then you should be able to sign up for the full amount. If they are ending the plan on December 31 2016, then you should do 2550 - what will be taken up in the old plan.

Chase also has this. You can set it per amount, international, etc.

Even when out of the country, I would get the purchase email to my gmail account and it would pop up while signing the signature slip. Very fast.
