I’ve had progressive for over 10 years and their new policy documentation has been like clockwork. My renewals are 3/15 and 9/15 and the policy renewal documents show up online the month before, usually the 10-12 of the previous month.

The other thing to consider is if they will process them by FIFO or LIFO. Depending how things have been stacked at either the post office (not delivered) or at the IRS (received but not sorted), there is a good possibility that the first ones in could be the last ones processed.

Ours is on automatic reimbursement and as long as an EOB is generated, the co-pay is usually deposited. Nothing else to do. Also federal FSAFEDS.
