VBIIX,VWINX

The bond portion of my portfolio are 20% VBIIX, 10% VWINX . I bought ( VWINX ) it when the share price was low. My question is " Should VWINX be use with VBIIX this way or can I achieve a better balance with other bond funds.

pogrx

Are there any funds within the the Vanguard investor share class of funds that have a Healthcare weight to Tech close to that found in POGRX without the level of fee that is charged by that fund. I would like to sell the POGRX fund that I own and buy a fund within the Vanguard investor share class that is heavily weighted toward Healthcare without buying the Healthcare sector fund.
