I did decide to stay with Vanguard and my account is worth approx 30k and I also started a Roth with them where I have several ETF (see below). Thanks guys. The only thing the financial advisor is recommending right now is to move my 403b $ to a Roth IRA. I decided I will leave my 403b alone and continue to contribute to it as it is in the Vanguard Wellington Fund (which seems to be doing well)) and target date Retirement fund. I have decid...
