So if I m planning to donate for example $20000, it would be more beneficial to donate from capital gains (selling shares, all are more than one year) Vs donating by new money. Does it help me any with selling the shares where I have lost the monies?

I guess I can leave the gains (roughly $50) in after tax account n only move the principal in Employer Roth 401 K. This should avoid the additional paperwork?

Any concerns/ red flags to invest in tax rev bonds which have 10% interest rate and fixed payments from 2022. Maturity on them is 2025. These are retirement communities/assisted living beds.

It says investment only for accredited investors.
