Really, I cant decide. it so hard. During my surgery 2.5 yrs back, this same team (my same manager and peers) supported me a lot during my disability time. If feel I owe to them, the notice. If I notify my manager tomorrow and if they say tomorrow is my last day, and I am not joining the new company until 3 weeks from now, I guess I loose 3 weeks of pay at worst.
