Not sure how the autopilot is a stress reliever. What does it do when some knob is riding your butt in the carpool lane? That happens to us all the time and it doesn't matter how fast you go.

Just thinking out loud. I'd be tempted to keep it as three. If he ever decides to sell them off separately (e.g. as condos), the assets will be accounted for separately. Hmm. If he does sell, he would probably sell the whole property at once. Don't think he or I ever thought converting the units in...

Hi. 4 or 5 years ago, my brother had an accountant do his taxes. The accountant put the his 3-unit rental property on Schedule E as 3 separate properties, each with an unique address (so on Schedule E, A, B, and C on line 1a are filled out). While each unit does have its own address, it is still jus...

I found the ATMs to be accurate. I have deposited 10s of thousands over the years. Most of my tenants pay in cash. I primarily used Bank of America before and now Chase. When I am over the limit, the ATM spits it back out or sometimes it accepts it. But trust the wisdom of BH forum and just go to th...

I've had my Chevy Bolt for 18 months now, and it's by far the best car I've ever owned. I didn't want to wait for a Tesla, and it ended up being the right decision. Re: Talk me in/out of $35k Tesla Model 3

Beyond the current purported repair/support issues, I do (would since I don't own a Tesla) worry about the brand long term. There is a lot of volatility surrounding the company and its founder. I don't think the timing of repairs is being overblown. I'm part of several Tesla groups and that appears to be an issue. It makes sense to me but that wouldn't make me feel any better if I had to wait for my car. As far as owning a Tesla goes, this is currently my number 1 concern. Number 2 that i...
