The glass should have a serial number printed on it in one of the corners. Look for that and go from there.
Warranty may not be worthwhile any way, but after 10 years you have a better chance of getting a mfg to respond to a warranty than a local contractor.

No I have not heard of Guideline. I expect it would take several years before the account value was large enough for EF to equal Vanguard in cost. And I may sell the business before then.
