Not sure anything is really changing. I hope, but doubt, that management has some who advocate for the investor as strongly as Mr. Bogle did. It would be nice if investors could vote for board members directly.

Also got the letter from NWFCU and made the change via phone.

The letter also says they update their CD rates weekly, announcing them every Tuesday.

I haven't decided where I'll move the money, but I'm considering Vanguard's Ultra Short Term Bond Admiral,
since I may need to access the cash, thus don't want to lock it into a 5 year CD with EWP.

Re: Vanguard to offer non-Vanguard ETFs commission-free

To be frank, it's already a bit anticlimactic that they haven't rolled it out nearly 7 weeks after their announcement. In this day and age, you can't have that kind of delay between announcement and delivery, especially not with an open-ended delivery date.
Remember VIPERS, international and EM ETFs? Two years between announcement and availability. Of course they did require regulatory approval.

Hasn't been announced yet. Probably in August.

For Vanguard ETFs:
If you buy and sell the same Vanguard ETF in a Vanguard Brokerage Account more than 25 times in a 12-month period, you may be restricted from purchasing that Vanguard ETF through your Vanguard Brokerage Account for 60 days.

Vanguard to offer non-Vanguard ETFs commission-free

In August, you’ll have access to almost all ETFs—from Vanguard and more than a hundred other companies—commission-free when you invest online. We’re excluding inverse and leveraged ETFs because their speculative nature runs counter to our investors’ focus on long-term success.

This lineup of nearly 1,800 commission-free ETFs joins the more than 2,500 no-transaction-fee mutual funds we already offer. And for investors using individual stocks and bonds to build diversified portfolios, we provide competitive commissions, with many investors paying as little as $2 for online stock trades.
