Re: First car accident ever, now what?

Thank you all. I filed a claim and they are handling it. We may pay the deductible and then hopefully get it back. I called Erie and they had options such as putting someone from Erie to work our side (not what they said exactly) or to file the claim with Erie first. I am not sure how could these be...

Call your insurance company and ask what the process is. Or read your Proof of Insurance card which usually tells you what the process is, too.
I did call them first. They gave me options. Then I asked here for advice.

Cleaning bugs off car bumper

I've never been good or cared much about keeping my cars super clean, but this is my first brand new car. Long story short, after driving it nearly 600 miles home there are a good many bugs smashed into the front of it. I would just use a towel and car wash soap in a bucket but the internet has 10,0...

Thanks all. My question about if this makes sense isn't really that there's a state line involved, it's that is 400 some miles away (9 hour drive). Buying a car out of state

As detailed elsewhere, I'd like a 2020 model that isn't available in stock in the midwest and will take 2-3 months. While debating options I searched online and found a car 459 miles away, in stock. I'm in NE Ohio, it's in North Carolina, 2 hours east of Charlotte and for a good price IMO. Is this c...

Thank you all. Here's a slightly different question: why would one buy the regular Prius over the Prius Plug-in if they have a low electric rate? OP here, I'd go with the floating floor except for the side that meets the railing. Envision a flat board sticking up about 1/4 of an inch--that's the piece under the railing that meets the current linoleum. I can't figure out that seam to make it look nice.
