OP here, I'd go with the floating floor except for the side that meets the railing. Envision a flat board sticking up about 1/4 of an inch--that's the piece under the railing that meets the current linoleum. I can't figure out that seam to make it look nice.

My wife had IRAs at Vanguard and Fidelity. Thanks all. We don't have the fan lights on when we watch tv. But, when we do need them on they often are shining in our eyes, etc.

When we paid ours off I called the credit union, they sent me a statement that day with the interest to date for the month along with prior month's balance, etc. I made the transfer online, no issues.

The biggest problem I've having with copying from the Apple 1xx folder is that the .mov show a created time stamp of when they are copied. The created time stamp is correct but that doesn't show when looking at file details in File Explorer, only the created date

Thanks all. I'm currrently copying from the Apple 1xx folder as described. Slow going. They also aren't in folders directly based on date so I'm copying extra folders to make sure I have them all. It's working though! Thanks!

Caulk alone isn't very strong. If that's all that's holding in a puddy knife should get it started. For sure I'd have it inspected/serviced by a chimney sweep before using.
