Mid 70s, varies-keep enough in fixed to keep us solvent until 90ish. The rest is all invested in what we think will provide the best return for our kids.

Landice-wore out 2 cheap ones then bought a Landice 10 years ago, 5 yrs ago small problem, they provided excellent phone help and fast shipment of free replacement parts. Highly recommend, excellent company, I think machine is going to outlast me.

My sister lived in the US near the border and crossed to Canada to have her kids, she liked the Dr. and the hospital and it was cheaper. The kids had duel citizenship until they were 21. They then had to chose, they all chose the good old USA; this was about 25 years ago so things may have changed.

80 yrs old, have used most of the things mentioned. Now I use a Landice treadmill, TV, and a VCR. Now I stroll along and watch a movie or TV show.

I had a couple of fillings ever year for at least 10 years. Dentist finally gave me a prescription for a toothpaste with 1.1% sodium fluoride, the name is Prevident 5000, I have not had 1 filling since-5 yrs.

It all starts with the soil. A good contractor will leave you a layer of top soil, if he leaves nothing but areas of sand, clay or rocks you got troubles.

I think most safes home owners buy just shows the thief where youave your good stuff and if they are competent -it is gone. I keep low value bait in a cheap safe, my main wad I keep in a fool proof hiding place. I would tell but as they say then I would have to shoot you.

Saved money, bought a business, went broke. Tried it again and it worked-still going after 40 yrs. now operated by kids. Wife and I have comfortable retirement-completely separate from business.

I will go for the record, 2004 Dodge Ram diesel, comes with 2 batteries stock. 80,000 miles-15 years and stock batteries have never been replaced.

Lets go for the record, I have a 14 year old diesel Dodge Ram with 100K on it. Have never had the batteries out. Was thinking of replacing them this summer, checked out like new, decided to live dangerously and see how long they last.

This is the perfect plan, it has to be because it matches my IPS almost exactly, even the numbers are close. If I have to rebalance back to 300K we should be able to maintain our life style with the small amount of income from the bond, SS, and pension income.

Retired 10 yrs ago, we are now 70 and decided to splurge, bought a Corvette and went on a big road trip, were home 2 weeks then took a month cruise through the cannal and around the horn. Still trying to catch up and rest up. Loved it but would not do it again-travel is for the younger.

Four years ago I called SS to ask a question, they answered it and asked if I wanted to sign up, I said yes. Never went to an office or signed any paperwork, check comes every month.

Nothing can do it all. We have a 4 passenger jeep for off road, snow and passengers and a classic Corvette convertible for summer fun and road trips with wife.

Go to the court house and look what look up what similar farmland has sold for in the last few years; it should be in the public record, I know it is in the state I live in. I have seen some good appraisals and some that are ridiculous.

Seeds must have constant moisture to germinate and establish. I have had luck with a little bit of mulch and sprinkler irrigate for 5 minutes of every hour during the heat of the day. Hard to overwater, just don't cause erosion or float the seed.
