I hold on to the better old phones, because my upgrades are hand me down phones from my wife and daughters...

I think it is a good idea to keep one around, as a back up.

If you are going to get rid of an old phone, be sure to donate or recycle it. Don't throw it in the trash.

I live in Florida, and have been to Disney many times. Don't underestimate the heat and crowds when going in the summer. If you don't have kids, I recommend waiting until school is in session and the weather is a bit cooler.

I can't remember the specifics, it may have been at the time of George Steinbrenner's passing, the announcers were silent for 1/2 inning. No talking, just the crowd noise. I tend to keep cars around 8 years, whether they were purchased new or slightly used. I have had a couple that I have kept 10 years. I stagger the purchases, so that at least one is relatively new.

I know I could have keep a few of those cars longer, but at some point, i just want a newer car.

Check issue date on or before 12/31, is 2010 earnings and 401k contribution
Check issue date on or after 1/1, is 2011.

I'll assume constructive receipt of the funds by the employee, in the above examples.
