There are numerous ways to prevent a check from bouncing when there are insufficient funds in your primary checking account. Most are free and others might cost you one day interest on the balance, which unsurprisingly will be vastly less than 2%. You can even order them from best to worst options....

Consider getting some PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells. Like this:
