I would keep on auto. Running the fan constantly could cause the fan to fail quicker resulting in a large bill to replace.

Without documentation from authorities or video proof, then there is virtually no way to prove your case. Last year, I was stopped at a red light when a car from behind hit me. The driver said I backed into her. Called the police but they couldn't sort it out. I now have a camera in my car.

I would only sell if $1,600 is meaningful to you. If not, just keep the stock but keep a closer eye on it so you can sell it when you're ready. I would assume your not ready now if you're asking the question here.

When I paid off my mortgage, I increased my contributions to my retirement plan (403b) by the same amount I was paying for the mortgage. If you can do this, you will have one great retirement.

If the credit checks are all within 30 days, I believe they are all counted as just one check on your credit history. This gives people the flexibility of shopping around for mortgages and refinancing with multiple lenders without damaging their credit.

Looks like insulation behind the outlet is the issue, not unusual. In addition to the foam trim, you may want to consider adding those child safety plugs to block air coming from the unused receptables.
