I was about to ask about this subject,my 401k at work is with mercer and offers just a handfull of funds (mostly jp morgan) but there is a option of useing self service brockerage but i have to open the account at td ameritrade. it also costs me $20 per transaction...should i be useing this service ...

none ..you dont even know if you could get it zoned yet,,you would have to go in front of the zoneing board and if they say yes get it inspected for asbestos/lead/merc...sorry but you have too...insurance and bank would require it ill make this short and sweet, since i read this post ive been doing ...

best way to prepare for early retiremnt
right now im putting 9% of my pay into my 401k..but knowing that if i am able to retire early im going to face penalties cashing it out ...do you think i should put as much as i can into my 401k or put it in something else and just let what ever i have in there now sit and hopefully grow??
