You may want to ask if the attorney will help with P&S and other stuff before closing.
I did my own homeowners insurance for cheaper from outside
I did not do any escrow as I want to be involved in it.

You are 103% invested... you might want to do some more digging to get better numbers. That may give you a better idea of where the real estate is being counted. I dont have Costco as the wholesale quantity is too large for us and we end up wasting most of it. However, I go with my friend sometimes for 1-2 items and find people circling around the free food counters. So I conclude thats the best deal at Costco :wink:
