You may not be able to get an accurate answer on how many procedures a surgeon has done. Most surgeons don't keep a running total of how many cases they've done over their careers. Another vote for Microsoft Security Essentials. I've used Norton and McAfee, and I think they're resource hogs. I've tried AVG and Avast. They're decent, but MSE is good enough.

No antivirus is bulletproof. Security software is only one part of a multi-tiered security strategy.
