I have 3 questions, and a little rant. Appreciate all responses. If you move out of TDA completely and close your accounts, and it's all in ETFs with maybe $10 in cash, how does TDA assess $75 transfer fee? If you decide to leave the account open, does the ACAT form allow to specify amount of cash ...
