Thanks for all the responses! I love chrome, bright and shiny, but will go with the brushed nickel. The salesman in Lowes said it was the most popular. They had many more to choose from.

We have Aetna Direct along with Part B. Aetna Direct includes a total of $1800 for a couple in an HRA to be used to pay for Part B or prescription copays. In essence we pay $60.50/person/month for Part B. Now, once we have to take RMDs we will see if we are affected by IRMAA and reassess.

Hubby does our taxes on paper and then fills in the Free fillable forms. He is bogleheadish. Has done his own taxes since late 60's. Didn't want to pay for anyone or thing to do it for him. When he can't do it anymore... will give it to our son who is a CPA ;)

When we were there on a cruise we rented a car. Drove to the cemetery where some victims of the Titanic were buried. Then drove to scenic Peggy's Cove. It was a wonderful and scenic day.

I have both Malwarebytes and Avast, in both cases the free version. I run Malwarebytes much more often because the scan is much faster. A complete scan, including external drives, with Avast takes about twelve hours or so. I've never found any active viruses but I often find viruses within my email...

I have a Mac and have been using the free version of Avast for about 4 years. I would like to use something else... or maybe a newer version? Any suggestions? I also use Malwarebytes. I tried the search field but everything that comes up is at least a year old.

Seems to me you are doing fine. You are still saving a decent amount. Try not to compare your current savings rate with your savings rate before you bought property. Most of us have less to put towards savings after purchasing. Many have nothing extra for a while.
