In Rome we stayed at the Hotel Lancelot. It was two blocks from the Colosseum. We paid a little more (May 2017) than you wanted but I would recommend it. Breakfast included. They spoke English and it had an elevator. Had good reviews on Trip Advisor.

We need more paper towels and have always bought Bounty brand. I saw at Costco today there is a Kirkland brand that is less expensive. Because the packages contain a lot of rolls I hate to buy something and then not like it. Has anyone bought both brands? Are they comparable?

Same thing happened to us last summer. Freon leak in a/c. They put more in. It last about 3 or 4 days. Was told it was not worth putting more in. Our system was 19 years old. We were told to replace both furnace and a/c so we went and got three quotes and had it replaced.
