Re: Better way to get rid of old fridge?

We likely will be upgrading our fridge this month. Lowes and Best Buy will both haul away our existing fridge for $15. I'm tempted to do that because it's easy, but I was wondering if anyone knows of other (easy) ways to get rid of a fridge. The old one still works, but it's showing signs it's goin...

Yes, I received a notification. There are lots of articles online about pros and cons of 401(k) vs Roth 401(k). Re: Questions on detailed 3ish-fund portfolio plan execution

Hi Garp, prevailing wisdom is that Roth 401k is not preferable for most investors. I would do some research and evaluate further why you're putting half of your 401k into the Roth option.

Your target international allocation is quite high, looks like 47% of total equities. Any particular reason?

Cotton is awful for working out if you're sweating. I changed to Underarmour and Nike dri fit shirts and shorts several years ago, along with ExOfficio boxer briefs and would never go back. Way more comfortable than squishing around in soggy cotton.

CSR and CSP offer coverage for traveling companions outside of immediate family. Most other cards don't, so this is one reason why someone might want to buy insurance separately.

reasons not to reinvest dividends:

you plan to tax-loss harvest, and an auto-reinvest might mess up the wash sale window
you want to use the dividends to invest in a new fund, possibly to rebalance
you want cash

I'm sure there are others.

All you can get is a free copy of your credit report, which is trivial to get for free these days anyway. No credit card company is going to give you the exact score they use to evaluate you. It's proprietary and not particularly useful for you. FICO/FAKO is close enough.
