Not sure I understand your hesitation about agreed value. I had an agreed value policy on a valuable collector car that burned to the ground - got a check in less than 3 weeks. Was very happy with the result.

You probably already know this, but out of warranty repairs on exotics can be brutal. You can run through $10k in no time.

Thomas Sunday, Reliable and Horseless Carriage all regularly transport very valuable cars. I suggest contacting one of those companies. Many auto transport companies are in fact brokers - I'd avoid them.
