I think there is another strategy. Take the 30 year loan and make the 15year payment. Run am amort table and you will see that you reduce principal faster and save a ton of interest. Windows 7 is 10 years old. Windows 10 was offered as a free upgrade and I took it on my desktop and laptop. It works well. It's no longer free to upgrade. IMO you should have done so for free. From Spring to fall, flying RC planes with a great group of retirees and others. Started at 65, but would definitely recommend earlier, when you can "see" much better!! :D

During the winter, weaving on my loom, especially fun to do while watching the snow fall down outside the window.
